Delivery Time
We typically ship items within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Once the order has been facilitated, it will be shipped via JP post with tracking included. Timeframes for delivery to different countries will vary.

FROM HERE is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during transportation caused by third parties. Any claims of this nature must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Customs duties, taxes, and tariffs
Customs duties, taxes, and tariffs may apply depending on your country of residence. These charges vary by location and carrier, so we are unable to estimate them in advance.

Returns and cancellations

(1) Cancellations, returns, and exchanges due to customer preferences are not accepted. However, if the product has an initial defect (e.g., an obvious defect based on product specifications or if a product different from the one ordered is delivered), we will accept returns or exchanges if you contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the product has been used, if tags or accessories are missing, or if we determine that a return or exchange is inappropriate. 

(2) Shipping costs for returns of products purchased through this site are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to reasons attributable to us, we will reimburse the shipping costs.

(3) We ask that customers kindly refer to sizing descriptions listed on products for sizing information. If there is an error made with the order, such as wrong sizing or product, please contact us via email at fromherejp@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. As per the circumstance above, please ensure that the product is in its original state with the box and garment tag still attached. We will refuse any items that have been washed or altered.
